Executives

Victor Warren, CEO

Victor is a visionary leader who engages his entire company in exceeding customer satisfaction. A critical thinker and experienced logistics professional, Victor inspires his team to continue to develop the cost-effective solutions for clients.

After graduating from the University of Iowa in 1973 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Marketing, Victor began his career in the transportation industry. From dispatcher to president, Victor has held varied positions with specialized carriers, including key management roles in the startup of less-than-truckload service for two truckload carriers. Victor recognized the important role that niche carriers played for the time sensitive graphic arts industry and founded Fairrington Transportation Corporation in January of 1981 to serve that market.

Victor is the father of five children, two boys and three girls and lives in a Chicago suburb with his wife. Victor enjoys golf, the water and spending time with his family. Victor is actively involved in the Media Ministry of Christ Church of Oak Brook, where he serves as a Trustee.


Jim Reifenberg, Vice President of National Accounts

Jim has over 25 years of experience in all facets of transportation, distribution and logistics. Jim started a mail logistics company in 1990 and moved that business into Fairrington Transportation in 1992. Jim has served as the Fairrington representative at DMA, MPA, MTAC, and MFSA. In addition, Jim has an extensive postal rate, processing and distribution background. Jim holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature.


Jim Slattery, Vice President of Operations

Jim joined Fairrington in 2004 and brought with him several years of related transportation management experience in less-than-truckload, retail distribution, air freight and labor relations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transportation and Physical Distribution from Western Illinois University.


Mark Nickel, CPA CGMA

Mark Nickel joined Fairrington in September 2012; and is the Chief Financial Officer at Fairrington.  He brings over thirty years of finance and accounting, manufacturing and distribution, supply chain management, IT project management, and operational decision-support experience.  His primary expertise is a balance of Finance, Accounting, IT and Supply Chain Management applied to both the internal company perspectives; and company Executive and Cross-Functional teams in various industries as an Advisor.

After 4 years in the Certified Public Accounting industry and 3 years as Internal Audit Manager; Mark has held previous positions as a Controller, Director, and Senior Manager.  His career has always been centered on a philosophy of customer-focused support that demands a keen understanding of the business and the industry it operates within.   The importance to align technical expertise that creates solutions; and not just identify the problems has afforded him the opportunity to facilitate projects and implement solutions that provide a good return on investment (time and resources).  He has enjoyed opportunities at Fairrington that has led to the successful implementation of a new Accounting and Purchasing system.

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Illinois Society of CPAs (ISCPA), and The Association for Operations Management (APICS), and Financial Executives International (FEI).

Mark graduated with honors from Greenville College receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting; and a minor degree in Economics.


Marketing and Industry Relations

Paula Stoskopf, Director of Marketing and Industry Relations

As Director of Marketing and Industry Relations at Fairrington, Paula Stoskopf’s role is to plan, develop and implement marketing strategies and public relations activities. In her role she also ensures organizational readiness for new and changed rules, regulations and procedures that impact the industry and Fairrington’s clients.

Paula has over 15 years of expertise in product management and direct marketing experience.  Positions have focused on solutions that ensure organizations have the tools they need to successfully communicate with their targeted audience. This has included building products for address quality, list enhancement, duplication detection and postal savings for the U.S., Canada and Australia. Solutions spanned both the commercial software market and government contract market.

She has also served as an Offshore Development Relationship Manager where she promoted transnational teamwork both remotely and on-site during the successful migration and execution of multiple projects to a global development center.

As an active force in the direct marketing industry she serves on the Executive Board for the Association for Postal Commerce (PostCom), as the Direct Marketing Association’s (DMA) representative for the Mailer’s Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) and holds a board position for Women in Logistics and Delivery Services. Paula has led MTAC workgroups / task teams and speaks as a subject matter expert at National Postal Forum, Postal Customer Councils and other industry events.


Sales

Phillip C. Warren, Executive VP

Phillip services national accounts that include printers, letter shops and direct marketers. Phillip has worked for Fairrington since 1988 and has had responsibilities in all terminal operations, client services, A/P, A/R, warehousing, HR and IT to name a few. After serving in operations for nearly 20 years he moved to serving clients directly in 2004. Phillip represents Fairrington at Chicago Association of Direct Marketing, Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers, DMA, PostCom, MFSA, MTAC and NIPCC. Phillip attended the University of Iowa following his sisters and brother, supporting the Hawkeyes. Phillip has three grown children, two boys and a girl. He lives in Batavia, IL.

He enjoys playing racquetball and golf when possible.


Deborah Damore, Account Executive

Deborah Damore is a National Account Executive with over 14 years of experience in account management, and postal logistics. Deb is dedicated to serving clients that range from businesses to nonprofits. Deborah uses her postal and direct mail expertise to help organizations stay abreast of changing postal regulations and trends in the logistics industry that may impact their customer and donor acquisition and retention.

She studied supply chain management and earned her degree in Computer Science from Joliet Community College.

Deborah serves as the Education Chair for the Northern Illinois Postal Customer Council, and has been an active representative on the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) for the last six years. She became an MTAC representative for the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers in November 2015.


Tom Jacobs, Account Executive

Tom joined Fairrington in June of 2010.  He has over 24 years of Direct Mail and Direct Marketing experience, working for organizations such as Experian (Metromail), Acxiom and Abacus.  Tom graduated from North Central College and has a degree in Computer Science and Business Management.  Tom is married and has two daughters.


Joe Hartmann, Account Executive

Joe joined Fairrington in 2005 as the manager of FTC Transport. After three years, he assumed the role of Director of Transportation Operations.  In 2012, Joe joined Fairrington’s Sales team as an Account Executive. He has over 20 years of operational experience and knowledge in transportation to apply to his role in Sales. He is actively engaged in the print and mail industries through several PCC Associations, NAPM, Epicomm and other associations.

Joe graduated from Aurora University with a BS in Business Administration.  He lives with his wife and three children in Oswego, IL. They spend their free time snowmobiling, water skiing and relaxing in northern Wisconsin.


Shelby Eddings, Account Executive

Shelby joined the Fairrington team in 2012 bringing 30 years in mailing industry experience, with 17 of those in Sales and Marketing at the USPS. Her extensive background also includes postal operations, domestic and international services and printing logistics. She is a member of several PCC’s, MFSA and NAPM.

Shelby holds a BA from DePaul University and is actively involved with the Calvary Church of Naperville’s outreach programs.


Client Services

Monte Fosher, Director Client Systems Integration

Monte leads integration efforts to major client accounts and heads up initiatives to streamline processes for all clients.  He joined the organization in 1998, and brought extensive experience in the van, refrigerated, flatbed and expedited segments of the transportation industry. Monte holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming. Monte lives in a suburb of Chicago with his wife.  He has two grown children and two grandchildren.  In his free time he enjoys reading, woodworking and playing golf.


Rich Nathan, Client Services Manager

Rich has over 16 years of industry, logistics experience. As Customer Service Manager at Quebecor World (Quad Graphics), he oversaw the department responsible for all freight from the manufacturing sites. He ensured proper staffing was in place to cover industry peaks so the best possible client experience could be delivered. Prior to serving as the Manager, Rich gained hands on knowledge serving as a customer service representative for some of the largest volume mailers. Rich has a BA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Operations

Jason Chambers, CoMail Sales Support & Production Manager

Jason joins the Fairrington team with a deep understanding of mailing operations. As Mail Operations Manager at Brown Printing Company (Quad/Graphics), his primary responsibility was overall vendor management, focused on cost containment and revenue recognitions for the customers. Chambers was also the primary point of contact for all client interactions, working directly with clients to develop tailored strategies to combat their concerns and meet their goals.

With over 18 years of mailing operations and client service experience, Jason brings deep experience to the Fairrington team.


Rachel Altz, Manager New Jersey Warehouse Operations – Supervisor Expedited Division

Rachel works in the Expedited Division and LTL Operations and has over 19 years of transportation experience. She joined Fairrington in 1997 and has held multiple positions in operations over the years. Rachel lives with her husband in East Brunswick, N.J. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.


Art Bogda, Division Manager – Transportation Operations

Art joined Fairrington in 1999, bringing fifteen years of domestic and international transportation experience.  Art holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Transportation and Physical Distribution from Western Illinois University.  Art is married, has two teenage daughters and enjoys sports and music.


FTC Transport

Phil Komorowski, Division Manager

Phil joined Fairrington in January 2005 bringing transportation experience in management, operations and sales from less-than-truckload and air freight companies.  He has had many responsibilities at Fairrington including Region Manager of Transportation Operations and Expedited Manager.  Phil currently is in charge of FTC Transport, Inc., the dedicated fleet for Fairrington.  In addition, Phil has extensive experience with FMCSA Regulations and is an active member in the NPTC (National Private Truck Council).  Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
