There are many buzz terms have been used for process improvement. Regardless of the catch phrase, there is room to gain efficiencies and still deliver the best customer experience possible.

Learn some of the approaches used to streamlines processes to cut time, reduce errors and prevent rework. This session will involve the audience in the hands on use of tools that drive team collaboration and identify the root cause of an issue.
