Job Summary:

Responsible for performing marketing activities and completing relevant administrative tasks for Fairrington. Coordinate day-to-day organizational activities that deal with publishing and communication to and from the company.

Collaborate to create tailored content for marketing campaigns, website, social media, e-newsletters, and print products to increase company, product, and service recognition. Manage content in social media websites and sort through physical and digital responses to their organization.

As requested, research industry trends and prepare reports for supervisors. They facilitate media placement in a variety of outlets for greater exposure, process departmental documentation as needed, and write creative briefs.

This individual will play a key role in Fairrington’s marketing automation efforts by working directly with marketing on campaign development and execution.

Essential Duites & Responsabilités:

  • Marketing Automation Duties
    • Collaborate to create tailored content for marketing campaigns, website, social media, e-newsletters, and print products to increase company, product, and service recognition.
    • Campaign and bulletin setup and execution.
    • Manage content in social media websites and sort through physical and digital responses to their organization.
    • Day to day monitor campaign results and reacting to results.
    • Reporting – help to select the reports and dashboards that will best help the sales team and executive level understand success rates and identify adjustments that must be made
    • Content review of campaigns
    • Establish standard work instructions for repetitive tasks such as posting updates, bulletin setup and campaign execution
  • Presentation Library – review for formatting, wording, make incremental updates as needed.
  • Request For Proposal (RFP) Library – Review previous RFPs, pull out and categorize answers that will  a common to RFP, review and correct wording, verify with areas that details are correct and current, format things that are “attachments” into a standard template – today things like disaster recovery are there, but need to be put into a template so they look better.
  • Marketing collateral and “gifts” –help organize and perform on-going inventory
  • Industry and Fairrington Posts – work with me to identify and create posts (these feed future bulletins)
  • Salesforce – add accounts from additional sources so they are included in marketing automation efforts (example – Beneficial Owners on a PostCom list that are not in our system).
  • Data.com – Jointly evaluate Data.com (owned by Saleforce) to see if the cleanup can be automated and understand how Data.com can augment the data (contact names, titles, other similar organizations).

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:

  • Must be able to work effectively on their own with minimal supervision, but also work well as part of a team with other departments and associates.
  • Ability to independently learn tools and systems
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
  • Organized individual that can prioritize tasks according to their importance and timelines.
  • Must be able to work extended hours when necessary to complete client requirements and project deadlines
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
  • Outstanding skill in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field is required for this position.
