BOLINGBROOK, IL, May 4, 2010 – Fairrington Transportation sponsored Postal Boot Camp, a comprehensive, 6-hour training program on the basics of postal regulations for discounted mail, Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at its corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook, IL.

Developed and presented by the Mailing Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), Postal Boot Camp takes participants on an in-depth look at the United States Postal Service, how it functions, its acronyms, bar codes and automated mail. The workshop will cover how the mail content, weight and service level all affect which class of mail is best for customers; how size and shape determine which processing category and rate is charged; and how quality addresses are fundamental to assuring accurate delivery.

Postal Boot Camp is one of three regional training workshops presented by MFSA. Costs are $175 for MFSA members; $425 corporate rate for 3 or more member attendees; and $275 for Non-members.
