FAIRRINGTON TRANSPORTATION OPENS NEW CO-PAL OPERATION ON EAST COAST

BOLINGBROOK, IL, March 2, 2010 – Fairrington Transportation announced today the expansion of its Co-pal for Letter Mail services, with the June 2010 opening of its East Coast Co-pal operation in Cranbury, New Jersey.

“Fairrington has answered the call of East Coast mailers for an independent Co-pal operation in their immediate proximity,” said Victor Warren, Fairrington’s President and CEO.

With the development of a second Full-Service enabled Co-pal system, Fairrington has increased its pool capacity more than 100 percent. In addition to the new East Coast operation, Fairrington made significant capital improvements to its Co-Pal equipment in its Midwest facility, increasing processing speeds over 35%.

The inclusion of Co-pal in a mail plan affords mailers maximized postage savings while capitalizing on more efficient deliveries with the distribution of palletized mail deeper into themail stream. Co-pal offers destination entry discounts for mail that prior to would not have received entry discounts or may have only received DBMC rates. The benefits of Co-pal include:
