Outbound Loads: The last outbound loads for today will leave at 4PM.  We will resume loading at 6 AM on Thursday.

Inbound Loads: The last inbound load will be received at 3PM Tuesday. All inbound appointments for late Tuesday and Wednesday have been cancelled and or rescheduled.  Every effort will be made to book all inbound loads required on Thursday AM.  Staffing adjustments are being made to accommodate the large amount of expected inbound loads.

Our first concern is for the safety of our staff, city contractors and other carriers that we work with.  We are already planning for Thursday, Friday and the weekend to ensure we can accommodate all our of client needs and eliminate as many delays as possible that may be caused by this weather event.

FAIRRINGTON TRANSPORTATION SPONSORED MFSA POSTAL BOOT CAMP

The MFSA has embarked on a great continuing education program that delivers key learning where you need it, when you need it.

Three regional workshops will be offered this year:
• Pathway to Success in Operations, a 9-hour program for experienced mailers
• Fulfillment for the Future, a 6-hour program for experienced fulfillment service provides
• Postal Boot Camp, a 6-hour program for new employees on the basics of postal regulations.

Fairrington Transportation was a proud sponsor of Postal Boot Camp, which was held in our corporate headquarters in Bolingbrook on May 4, 2010. We believe it is vitally important to support the industry relevant, substantive ways.

For example, as customers place demands on mailers to create budget-driven programs, it becomes more important than ever to continue to learn about the latest postal industry best practices, regulations, equipment and operations. If travel budgets are cut, how can people access the education and information they need?

These regional workshops offer MFSA members practical, cost-effective programs for staying current with the industry.

Information about Postal Boot Camp and other MFSA Regional Training Workshops is available online at www.MFSAnet.org or contact MFSA: 800-333-6272.
