Fairrington Welcomes Two Experienced Additions to the Client Services Team
Fairrington is pleased to welcome two experienced additions to the Client Services team. Steve Quinn and Yvette Muñoz join Fairrington bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and hands on production experience.
The addition of the roles demonstrates Fairrington’s commitment to the continual improvement of the client and partner experience as we continue to grow.
Steve Quinn has over nine years in customer service roles with Quad Graphics. In his role as a Logistics Customer Account Coordinator, Steve managed freight for high profile magazine, catalog and direct mail customers. Communicating internal and externally was key to successfully manage and coordinate customer products from production to delivery meeting strict deadlines. Steve also has experience with comail. In his role as Postal Solutions Customer Account Coordinator, Steve managed, administrated, and coordinated Periodical & Standard mail for Co-Mail preparation (data conversion, presort, inkjets) from production to in home.
Yvette Muñoz brings a wealth of knowledge to Fairrington with an industry work history dating back to Quebecor’s startup of comail. Most recently as a Logistics Service Specialist at RR Donnelley Logistics, Yvette served as a liaison between customers, sales and production facilities to ensure high on time delivery performance. Yvette provided internal and external performance reporting and metrics for internal and external stakeholders and demanded proactive communication of exceptions to the client. In her previous position as copal planner, Yvette developed processes, job instructions and planned pre-production for copal. Process improvement efforts led to a 75% pre-production process improvement.
