Fairrington welcomes Richard Nathan as Client Service Manager

May, 20 2016, BOLINGBROOK, Ill.—Fairrington is pleased to announce and welcome new expertise by naming Richard Nathan as the manager of Client Services.

Rich joins the Fairrington team with a deep understanding of mail logistic operations. As Customer Service Manager at Quebecor World (Quad Graphics), he oversaw the department responsible for all freight from the manufacturing sites. He ensured proper staffing was in place to cover industry peaks so the best possible client experience could be delivered. Serving as the Manager of Customer Solutions at Quad Graphics, Rich was a key member of the transition team as organization acquired multiple printers.
