Paula Stoskopf, Director of Marketing and Industry Relations

As Industry Affairs for LSC Communications, Paula represents the organization in postal and adjacent public policy matters. She is responsible for updating clients and internal teams on new and changed regulations that impact the industry.

Paula has almost 20 years of expertise in product management and direct marketing. Solutions have focused on helping organizations successfully communicate with their targeted audience. These have ranged from domestic and international address quality, list enhancement, and postal savings tools for both the commercial and government contract markets.

She has also served as an Offshore Development Relationship Manager both remotely and on-site to lead the successful migration of multiple projects to a global development center.

Paula serves as secretary of the board for the Association of Postal Commerce (PostCom), represents Data and Marketing Association (DMA now part of ANA) on the Mailer’s Technical Advisory (MTAC), serves as industry co-chair for the USPS Cap Metro’s Areas Inspiring Mail (AIM), co-chairs Idealliance Postal Operations Technologies Council (POTC) and is a director of the board for Women in Logistics and Delivery. In 2017, she was inducted the Soderstrom Society She is an active member of the Magazine Publishers Association (MPA), the National Association of Presort Mailers (NAPM) as well as the American Catalog Mailers Association (ACMA).

She enjoys presenting and learning from the audience at conferences and events including the National Postal Forum.
